As a Sales Advisor you'll have:

  • Excellent communication skills to receive incoming calls from customers who are looking to make savings by altering their package
  • The tools to demonstrate the value and innovation of our brand against our competitors (after training)
  • The ability to identify customer needs and (after training) recommend the best mix of products to the customers providing them with value for money
  • Flexibility to learn and adapt in an ever changing and exciting environment

    • We are committed to growing and developing our people. You'll receive 4 weeks training to make sure you are ready for your new role; thereafter you'll receive continual coaching and support from your manager. You'll also have the opportunity to take part in our industry leading Aspire programme that is accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
