A new vacancy has arisen in Angus for a Quality Manager, working at a very busy and growing Oil and Gas company.
Role
The role will involve a very “hands on” approach with the workshop staff in order to ensure that quality procedures are adhered to. Currently the procedures are in place, and the next stage is to work with the workshop staff to implement the procedures and educate staff of the reasons why they need to be followed. Once this has been achieved the position will then focus on the day to day running of the quality aspect of the production process.
Candidate
In order to fulfil this role a strong character will be required, with very good communication and people management skills. Background wise, candidates from an industrial workshop environment would be of interest, with previous experience in a similar Quality role. Training will be provided on specific equipment and products.
Remuneration
Salary will be around £35-40K DOE.
