Key duties include:
Diary and inbox management
First point of contact for customers calling into the office
Note taking in meetings
Responding to general queries by phone or email
Arranging promotion and training events
Maintaining the filing system
Dealing with customers face to face and on the phone
Working to tight deadlines
Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
Ad hoc admin duties as required
