An interactive and service focused post in Arco’s supportive regional customer service team, with the aim of delivering excellent levels of service to all Arco’s customers.

As part of the Customer Service function within Arco’s regional Office in Linlithgow, Arco are looking to appoint a Customer Service Advisor to take ownership of queries and deliver fantastic customer service to their customers. Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, the Customer Service Advisor will effectively, accurately and promptly deal with any information queries and requests, inbound sales enquiries and will be able to process orders and credit notes. Working closely with Account Managers and Telephone Account Mangers, you will also be able to process outgoing quotations with ease, and you will recognise opportunities to cross sell and maximise products for customer’s needs where appropriate.
This role is to specifically focus on delivering excellent customer service so a proven track record in this environment is highly advantageous. Along with excellent product knowledge and an understanding of margin calculation effect, the successful Customer Service Advisor will be an active team worker with an adaptable attitude and creative outlook to their work. Strong IT skills are essential.
