We require a Deputy Manager for our new Fashion Store opening in, St Nicholas Centre, ABERDEEN.

We love fashion and pride ourselves on taking the latest catwalk trends to our shop floor, as quickly as possible, at affordable prices! Our fantastic range of Clothing, Shoes and Accessories allow our customers to create a truly unique must have look guaranteed to make them not only look great but feel fabulous!

Our Sophie range is designed to keep those fashion conscious teens up to date with the latest trends.

YOU!

You could be a Supervisor, a Concession or Department Manager looking for the next step or may already be a successful Deputy Store Manager, who is calm under pressure, highly professional and dedicated with good generic retailing skill sets.

You will thrive on working upon your own autonomy and be capable of making decisions.  We are looking for:

Motivated leaders who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and work alongside their teams
A proven track record of maximising business performance, increasing sales and reducing costs
Superior creative merchandising skills
Ability to build effective teams and lead them with vision
Fashion retail experience
A firm understanding of KPIs and how you drive them.

Customer interaction is a must, are you able to bring a vibe to our stores?
