Our client who are based in Tullos are looking to recruit an Administration Officer on a permanent basis. This is a full-time, staff position working 40 hours per week.

Duties:

Process and prepare all incoming and outgoing mail

Maintain petty cash records and submit monthly returns

Use Microsoft Office to produce reports and letters

When require, take minutes of meetings

Maintain company and client records

Provide cover for the Team Leader as and when required

Candidates Must:

Have previous administration experience
Have experience in a corporate environment
Be able to start employment on or before 30th July 2012
Have competent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
Have Standard Grade English and Mathematics or equivalent
Have excellent communication skills both written and spoken
Have strong attention to detail with excellent spelling, punctuation and grammar
Be able to work unsupervised
