Billings Clerk / Sales Ledger Clerk Edinburgh   Dependent on experience

Eden Scott's client is a global asset management company with offices globally. Due to the growth of the receivable's team in Scotland, Eden Scott has been invited to present the CV`s of Billings Clerks/Accounts Receivable clerk for the offices in Edinburgh.

The roles are fore-casted to last until the end of the year, although this is more likely than not going to be extended. Duties will involve the following;
Maintain the data base of clients ensuring information contained will aid billing process.
Creation of high value, high volume invoices.
Inputting of invoices onto accounting system for accounting purposes and ensuring local GAAP and SOX compliance.
Liaising with Credit team and other stakeholders to ensure that queries are resolved in a timely manner.

The role sits in a high pressure environment where accuracy and speed are critical. We are seeking candidates that have worked in a billings capacity and have a proven track record of delivering high standards.
