Job Title: Customer Service & Sales Representative
Salary: £15,000 - £15,300
Type: Permanent, Full Time (35 hours per week)

We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic Customer Service & Sales Representative to work for one of our highly reputable Banking & Financial services clients.

The role is based in an inbound contact centre, so no cold calling, where you will be providing and maintaining a high level of customer service in every aspect. You will be taking calls from customers to help them resolve queries on their accounts, understanding their needs and identifying ways which you can help them with their finances. (bill payments, setting up standing orders, etc)

There will be an element up up-selling other products, and the role will involve working to targets. With opportunity to earn excellent bonus and full training in CIOB banking qualifications.

The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Polite & professional telephone manner
- Ability to build strong customer relations
- Have an objective approach to work and be able to work under pressure
- Experience in a customer service/sales role.

Full product training will also be provided.

Please be aware - To be successful for this role you will be required to complete and pass both credit & criminal record checks. You must have a valid passport or other photographic ID. (This can be both parts of Driving license with birth certificate.)
