An excellent customer service opportunity has become available working for a leading provider of Financial Services based in the city centre. The role is temporary and expected to last for the next 6-7 months, although this could be extended.
Key duties include:
Providing a high standard of customer service for existing and potential clients and IFAs
Developing a good working knowledge of products and procedures
Liaising with other employees in a team based environment
Key skills include:
Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work in a pressurised environment
Experience of working in a call centre within a banking environment and experience of using Maisie would be an advantage.
