The successful candidate must have strong management skills and be good at motivating people. Experience of carrying out site inductions and staff appraisals is essential. Strong commercial awareness and planning skills is also key to carrying out this role.
The role will cover 40 hours from Monday to Friday with occassional on call requirements and an on call allowance will be provided at these times.
Due to the location and on call requirements of this role, only candidates within reasonable commuting distance will be shortlisted.
