Engineering Support Team Supervisor

Permanent Role

Based: Aberdeen

£25,000 - £35,000 (Depending on skills & experience)

My client, a well-known and well respected Global Oil & Gas Organisation are looking for an experienced Engineering Support Team Supervisor to join their team based in Aberdeen.

In this role, you will support a team of 3 to ensure the smooth running of a busy Engineering Department.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising a team of 3 people.
  • Support and maintain the internal Engineering systems and processed.
  • Identify process improvements.
  • Create and issue Engineering documents.
  • Produce quality procedures and user guides.
  • Produce and distribute Engineering reports to other parts of the business.
  • Coordinate project management.

    • To be successful in this role you will have the following skills / experience:

  • Previous experience within an Engineering / Oil & Gas business is essential for this role.
  • A Degree within an Engineering discipline would be an advantage but it is not essential.
  • Previous experience with an Engineering administration or Support team function would be an advantage
  • Excellent Excel skills and previous experience of Microsoft Access.
  • Previous experience of developing and producing reports.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to deal with tight timescales and the ability to prioritise workloads.
