A vacancy has arisen for a Food Services Supervisor, with supervisory responsibility for assisting and supporting the Unit Manager in the delivery and management of the catering service at Hamilton Campus.

As part of a busy catering team you will organise, supervise and work with Food Service Assistants, assisting in front of house operations to ensure a high standard of food service and customer care in both the Almada and Caird Buildings.

You will be self-motivated and enthusiastic, you will ideally have an NC in a related subject or equivalent qualification, or equivalent relevant experience and an intermediate food hygiene certificate is essential. Previous experience within a large scale catering establishment is essential.
