Logistics Administrator Stirling (Town)   £20000.00 - £22000.00 per annum

Our client is recruiting for a Logistics Administrator vacancy based within their outbound Logistics Department. This will involve the booking/scheduling of Deep Sea & Airfreight collections from site and completing all associated despatch documentation.

Responsibilities include:
Initial booking of air/sea freight with designated shippers
Creation of despatch documents
Follow up of downstream documentation to complete the Export process
Maintenance of freight rates for invoice checking and to supplement sales quotations
Preparation of despatch picking lists
European freight booking

The successful candidate will be numerate with good keyboard skills. You will have the ability to work to definitive timelines within a multi-function department and with wider supply chain contacts.

Those with experience of a busy supply chain/distribution environment would be ideally suited to the role. Candidates will require their own transport for the role.
