An excellent and new opportunity has arisen for a Learning & Development Manager to join an entrepreneurial business.
Reporting into the managing director you will ideally have proven track record from within the Childcare Sector.
Based at the company’s Head Office you will initially cover 4 sites across the West of Scotland and therefore must have the flexibility to travel within a 30 mile radius.
Candidates MUST have experience of working within the childcare industry as a key focus of your role will be to devise, develop and deliver childcare training across all Nurseries as well as to external customers.
You will be responsible for the development of a company-wide Learning and Development strategy and this will encompass:
· Developing a Childcare Training Academy
· Training needs anlaysis
· Line management of SVQ Manager
· Developing external business
· Developing and delivering training programs
· Ensuring all legal and compliance training is fully rolled out to all employees across the business
· Networking and positive promotion of the organisation

You will be ideally CIPD qualified in L&D practice/Management or working toward.
