Do you have knowledge of reconciliation processes, good numerical skills and want to work in a fast moving, busy environment? If so, an opportunity has arisen for you to utilize your skills in the Service Quality & Billing team as a Reconciliation Clerk.

As a Reconciliation Clerk your key responsibilities will include:

-Ensuring that reconciliations are completed accurately and to agreed deadlines
-Effectively prioritising work load to enable the reconciliation process to be completed within agreed deadlines
-Identifying, analyzing and taking ownership for issues and following through to resolution escalating, as appropriate
-Ensuring SAO controls are completed in a rigorous and timely manner
-Assisting with initiatives to improve the accuracy of reconciliations and reporting
-Analysing processes within the Billing area to ensure any trends or changes are identified and escalated with a recommended course of action
-Compiling accurate management reporting information, as required
-Building and maintaining strong working relationships with both internal and external Customers
-Participating in ad hoc activities in line with business requirements

We would love you to have:

-Proven experience of data reconciliation
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Good numerical skills and acumen
-Strong IT skills; excellent working knowledge of MS Excel and Access
-Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
In addition to your proven problem solving skills - you will be required to complete tasks accurately and within tight daily deadlines. You'll be a strong team player with an eye for detail, as well as being efficient working under pressure.

Location: Livingston, West Lothian, Scotland.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 -17:00, 37.5 hours.
