Temporary Customer Service Advisor/ Technical Support
Our client, a large outsourcing centre is looking for advisors to work in their customer service team to give customer service support to customers of their retail client.
We are looking for individuals who have strong customer service skills gained in a call centre environment and possibly technical support experience or a strong interest in technology. A excellent telephone manner is required and the ability to find solutions for customer complaints and to communicate to individuals on all levels.
ONLY CANDIDATES WITH CALL CENTRE EXPERIENCE WILL BE SUCCESSFUL.
The hours of work will be 40 hours a week working 5 days out of 7 on shift pattern between 8am & 8pm
The salary is £6.25/Hour
