A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic, fun and progressive collections team who are based in our Head Quarters in Edinburgh. This role will provide administrative support to the collections team who service both our internal and external customers with front line support.

About the roles responsibilities:
General secretarial and administration duties
Supporting the daily tasks within the Collections team including front line support for the administrative needs of the team
To provide professional and effective services to internal and / or external customers, to meet customer expectations, particularly in terms of Quality and Timeliness in line with departmental standards, procedures and guidelines.
To speak positively and enthusiastically about the company and its products and services to ensure that a professional company and brand image is provided at all times to customers and colleagues.
To open and process all incoming mail, including Cheques and payments
Customer Service Experience is essential
