Cornerstone supports a 56 year old man who has aquired bran damage. He would enjoy and benefit greatley from the interaction and visits that a befriender with similar interest might provide. He is a lover of motorbikes and cycling and is a smoker so the suitable volunteer would have similar interest and not be adverse to smoking. By having a befriender he hopes to get out of the house more and meet new people. We are looking for an ongoing commitment of 1-2 hours on a weekly basis , dates and times flexible to suit all involved. We will provide all relevant training , a named contact person and regular support sessions to all Volunteers. All travel and reasonable out of pocket expenses will be reimbursed.
