Management Accountant Stirling (Town)   £30000 - £31000 per annum

Eden Scott's client is a public sector business providing important services for various agencies and overall infrastructure development among other services.

In this role you will provide management accounting support for both internal and external stakeholders and be responsible for providing effective conduit of information flow for strategic decision making. You will ensure ongoing compliance with financial procedures and guidelines and be responsible for financial efficiency throughout the business.

Specifically you will;
- Seek improvements to financial procedures and ensure compliance with approved processes
- Prepare the annual Revenue & Capital Budget & 3 year financial strategy
- Forecasting results for various departments and reporting to management teams
- Preparing monthly accounts and assisting with year end procedures i.e. accruals and prepayments

The Candidate;
The client would prefer for candidates to be professionally qualified (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) although consideration will be given to those at finalist/exam qualified level provided they can comfortably demonstrate excellent skill and ability in the other areas above mentioned.

This is a complex reporting environment and so candidates should be able to demonstrate key ability to operate in this environment and also to provide ongoing support and development.
