Finance Manager Stirling (Town)   £30000 - £34000 per annum

Badenoch & Clark client, a 3rd Sector organisation providing invaluable services to the Stirling area, is currently recruiting for an experience Finance Manager on a permanent basis.

The role will allow the post-holder to influence the organic growth of the organisation by working closely with budget managers, to shape the direction in which the company moves. They will also be able to implement new initiatives and have key input to processes, in order to really have a impact on the success, not only of the department, but the business as a whole.

Duties and responsibilities include;

* Ensure MI data gets to managers on a monthly basis,
* Build key relationships with and advise budget managers,
* Prepare management accounts including accruals/prepayments/budgets,
* Statutory accounts,
* Supervise and develop a small team,

The successful applicant will also be able to demonstrate a commercial acumen that can be applied to develop the earning potential of key initiatives within the organisation.
