Southbank House

We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible, self motivated individual to join the busy administration team within the Social Work office at Southbank House, Kirkintilloch. The successful candidate will, under the direction of the Team Co-ordinator, liaise closely with Social Work staff to ensure the delivery of an effective and efficient administration service that meets their business needs. Duties will include word processing, diary management, recording information via databases, spreadsheets and other management information systems and telephone/reception duties.

The admin team based at Southbank House provides administration support to Social Work Headquarters, Childcare and Homecare.

Essential requirements for this post include good organisational and interpersonal skills, computer literate with good keyboard skills and the ability to work to timescales and on your own initiative.

It is desirable that you have relevant experience in delivering high quality customer focused administration support within a busy environment and knowledge of Social Work management information systems.

You should be a keen team player with good communication skills, an interest in Social Work and a desire to work within an interesting and busy environment.
