Payments Processor Edinburgh

Eden Scott's client, a leading financial services organisation are, looking to recruit a Payments Processor for their Payment Services department.

Duties/Responsibilities:-

*Process payment transactions within strict deadlines
*Dealing with all queries relating to making and receiving payments are dealt with efficiently
*Resolve internal and external queries and issues
*Provision of process and system improvements ideas
*Escalation of any issues that could expose company to financial loss
*Responsible for ensuring all queries and issues are resolved within set timescales
*Support other areas within Global Cash Operations

Experience/background:-

*Strong technical experience of CHAPs and SWIFT
*Payments processing experience
*Financial services experience ideal, e.g. retail banking, investment
*Strong analytical and problem solving skills
*Excellent communication skills
*Strong work ethic
