Quality Manager

Location: Montrose

Salary: £35k - £40K

Our client is a dynamic and growing company providing specialist solutions to Oil & Gas industry leaders.

They require a Quality Manager who will take a hands-on role on the shop floor, ensuring that that all internal, customer and regulatory quality standards are consistently achieved.

You will ideally have a minimum of 3 years experience in a related quality role in a similarly highly regulated environment, i.e. oil & gas, rail, aerospace, automotive. You will have a demonstrable background in problem solving techniques, including:

- Production of Non-Conformance Reports

- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

- Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)

- 8D

A strong working knowledge of occupational health and safety and environmental principles within a manufacturing environment is beneficial - you will ideally hold a NEBOSH qualification.
