My client are a very well established and recognised hotel chain with a portfolio of hotels across the UK. Having both countryside and city locations, they are run by a group of hoteliers who have the genuine passion and experience to make their service the very best it can be.
Seeking an experienced and dedicated Sales professional for one of their sites in East Lothian, you will ideally have a background within the hospitality industry and demonstrate you have the experience required to be a proactive Sales manager.
Selling a single site, you will be responsible for identifying leads and proactively following these in a professional manner to convert prospects into concrete business. You will proactively optimise and manage key accounts, advising on promotions or discounts, generating continued repeat business and increasing revenue.
Encouraging a sales culture throughout the hotel, you will liaise closely with internal departments ensuring your external activity is known and effective. You will be a motivated and creative thinking professional with the ability to communicate at all levels to develop and implement highly productive strategies.
