Materials Controller Stirling (Town)   £22000.00 - £24000.00 per annum

Our client is recruiting for a Materials Controller working within the inbound logistics function. This role will involve determining the level of call off of raw materials, scheduling deliveries, administration of production data and general stock management.

Responsibilities:
Ensure that raw materials and packaging are available on site to meet production demands and in line with stock holding policy
Placing call off orders with suppliers
Processing goods received notes
Regular stock counting/reconciliation
Timely input of production data into site ERP system to ensure that finished goods stocks are accurately reflected.
Identifying and following up discrepancies.

The successful candidate will be numerate with good keyboard skills. You will have the ability to react to changing production requirements and translate this into material delivery schedule. SAP would be beneficial. This role is very demanding and will require the candidate to take accountability.

Those with experience of a busy production/stores environment will be well suited to this role. Candidates will require their own transport for this role.
