Eden Scott's clients are seeking a Receptionist/Office Assistant to join their team in Dalgety Bay on a part-time temporary basis. The role is for 3 -6 months and it is 25 hours a week.

Responsibilities include:

*Answering company switchboard
*Basic account processing
*Data Processing
*Front office management including meeting and greeting visitors
*Mail Management
*Ad-hoc administrative duties

Skills Required:

*Previous reception experience
*Professional telephone manner
*Presentable
*Strong MS Word skills and typing ability
*Good team player with the ability to hit the ground running.
