Telephone Account Manager West Lothian   £18000 - £23000 per annum

Office Angels are currently recruiting for a highly experienced Telephone Account Manager, on behalf of our market leading client based in Livingston.

Our client is well known within their industry and is offering the successful candidate an attractive salary ranging from £18,000 to £23,000 depending on experience with also a bonus structure in place as well as a modern working environment.

This new position offers successful candidates the opportunity to join a growing team in a fast paced dynamic environment.

The role shall be based around three main duties:

*Generating new business through an organised campaign of outbound calling
*Identify and develop key accounts from our clients large and growing customer base
*Responsible for converting inbound sales enquires

Our client is well known for the level of customer service they provide; therefore although this is a sales position, targets shall be set on service than sales.

To apply for this role you must have:

*Proven, recent experience in a similar role
*Business to Business sales experience is desirable but not essential
*A good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages including Word, Outlook and
Excel
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*The ability to self-motivate and prioritise
*Good organisational skills
