Search have been engaged to source a Purchase Ledger Assistant on a part time basis for a recognisable brand with a presence in Perthshire. Initially on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract for 3 days per week with the potential to become a permanent role, this candidate will report to the Finance Manager and working within a finance team, this is an ideal opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to progress their career within a busy environment.

Job Details
The Purchase Ledger Assistant will be responsible for providing a support function to the Finance Manager and forming a key part of the finance team. On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include;

  • Processing high volume purchase invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Resolving supplier queries
  • Processing payments in various different currencies
  • Bank reconciliations
