Working in a fast paced, target driven environment, as an important member of the team your role as a Inbound Sales Advisor will be to adhere to the following key responsibilities:
- Meet regular individual and team sales targets
- Comply with crucial FSA Regulations
- Handle inbound calls in a professional manner
- Demonstrate a first class level of product knowledge to ensure suitable products are matched to customer needs
We are ideally looking for individuals with previous Contact Centre, Retail or Sales experience as well as those with excellent communication skills and fantastic problem solving abilities. Individuals should be driven and motivated by the possibility of maximising uncapped bonus opportunities. In addition, it is important that candidates are comfortable in using Computer Databases and have a moderate level of IT skills.
As this campaign is FSA regulated, RESPONSE will conduct various pre employment checks on successful candidate. This will involve a basic credit check, two years end to end referencing as well as a Disclosure Scotland Criminal Record Check.
