Key Responsibilities:
Perform outbound Telemarketing activity on targeted data lists, targeting both new & existing customers
Generate leads from customer Responses to Client marketing campaigns for hand off to sales
Handle inbound calls triggered by media campaigns
Continual update of customer profile information on database
Essential Skills Required:
Native/Fluent Japanese with English
Exceptional telephone skills:
Able to establish instant rapport with customers
Communicate clearly and effectively by phone
First class listening skills, to catch all available customer insight
Previous experience of working to agreed Service Levels
Able to demonstrate strong written and oral skills within a customer environment
Able to demonstrate effective time management skills
Personal confidence and motivation
Exceptional team working skills
