Maxwell Bruce Business Support Division are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator for one of their high profile clients in Fife and on a 6 month fixed term contract. As well as having relevant experience, applicants must be either German natives or demonstrate fluency in German, both written and verbal.
The main aspects of the role will include:
- Sales Order processing
- Answering sales enquiries (by telephone, email, fax)
- Following orders through to arrival at the customer
- Investigating and processing complaints
- Raising credit/debit notes
- General Administration duties
- Providing support to other members of the Export Team
Excellent communication and telephone skills are required, with the added ability of building good customer relationships.
A proven team player, applicants must have a flexible approach and high levels of initiative along with excellent organisational and time management skills. The ability to work with minimal supervision is also required.
Core working hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm, although additional hours may be required to meet the needs of the business.
