Duties will include answering inbound telephone calls and dealing with queries in relation to clients bank accounts, this may involve bill payments, direct debit/standing order set up, balance updates and any other query relating to their bank accounts.
This position will start on the 30/07/2012 and requires you to be flexible to work between the hours of 6am and midnight.
Please only apply if you can be fully flexible to your working hours as these are non negotiable.
Preferably you will have previous knowledge of Customer Service environment.
Full training will be provided.
Due to the nature of of our clients business, you will be required to pass a credit check.
You will be able to demonstrate a good telephone manner with good communication skills.
