Shift Electrical Technician

£29,350 + S/A

Our client is an established organisation specialising in supplying products to clients world wide. Due to continued growth at their facility in Grangemouth, they are looking for an experienced Shift Electrical Technician to join the team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing a variety of electrical maintenance duties
  • Production of documentation, e.g parts list, circuit drawings, manufacturing drawings, etc.
  • Line management of maintenance issues in absence of department manager
  • Plant and equipment installation
  • Breakdowns, PPM repairs and fault finding
  • Deliver maintenance plans to ensure compliance requirements are met
  • Monitor and control maintenance costs
  • Assist in the implementation of shutdown and project plans

    • The ideal candidate:

  • HNC/HND qualified or equivalent
  • PLC experience - ideally Siemens S5/S7
  • Proven track record in improving equipment performance
  • Posses excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated and a team player
