£21,100 - £22,900 pa.
We are looking to recruit a Sous Chef who will take an active role in the operation of the Carnegie Conference Centre kitchen, ensuring a consistently high standard of food production and presentation specifically relating to the restaurant and its success.
You should hold the City and Guilds Diploma in Professional Cookery and the Diploma in Professional Cookery (Preparation and Cooking) or equivalent in a related discipline (SCQF Level 5). The ability to perform well under pressure, motivate and supervise a team of staff is essential, as are proven supervisory experience and excellent communication skills.
