We are seeking  an individual for an ongoing temporary role based in Irvine for nine to twelve months. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Administrator to join a thriving team in a stable industry.

 

The purpose of this role is to manage the document control processes to company time standards and to seek assistance or prioritisation when backlogs develop.

 

Duties will include the following:

 

  • Distribution, filing and archiving of all documentation including correspondence and technical issued documentation
  • Control of customer documentation from receipt, through the review processes
  • Identification and control of documentation received from clients
  • Maintenance of document registers (computerised or manual) as required
  • Involvement in departmental and project archiving processes
  • Processing of staff timesheets
  • Other document related processes (e.g. scanning) required by the Project Manager or Department Manager 

You will have excellent IT skills and will be available at short notice. We are seeking individuals with strong, recent administrative experience including experience of a role where require to:

 

  • Identify document types and sources
  • Work with computer guidelines and to record data accurately on computerised system
  • Apply document distribution schedules and to copy and distribute documents in hard copy and/or electronically as required
  • Organise and audit filing systems in accordance with departmental or project filing and archiving requirements
