A Senior Surveyor with extensive estimating and tendering experience is now required to take responsibility of a number of projects. Applicants will be degree qualified and have extensive refurbishment experience in healthcare and education sectors. My client seeks a candidate with extensive knowledge of the construction industry and who is able to look at drawings and immediately see any problems with the project.
You will be capable of negotiation, submission of tenders and preparation of payment applications and final accounts.
