This is an excellent permanent HR Business Partner opportunity, working for a large, well known organisation based in Glasgow.
This is a generalist role where you will be providing HR support to all levels within the organisation, particularly at management and senior management level. This will include recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management and compensation & benefits. You will also support the HR Manager with ongoing HR project/initiatives including restructuring and employee engagement.
It is essential that you have previous experience in an HR Advisor/consultant or business partner role and have in depth exposure to complex employee relations issues as well as experience of working in a very fast paced, demanding, commercial environment. CIPD qualification preferred and you will also be required to travel to other sites in Scotland when required.
