An excellent opportunity has arisen with our client, a leading specialist manufacturing organisation based in the South side of Aberdeen for an HR Co-ordinator to join their expanding team. Working within a small HR team this position offers the successful candidate a developmental role as part of a busy HR Department supporting more than 300 employees.

Key duties-:

Build effective working relationships with managers and employees
Provide administration support in absence management
Provide administration support to full recruitment process
Responsible for company training administration
First line support for all general HR enquiries
Assist in disciplinary and grievance procedures
Adhoc HR projects as directed by HR Manager

Skills and Experience

CPP qualified or above
Proven track record in an administration support role
Demonstrable experience within a similar role
Display a "can do" attitude

Salary Guideline -£neg depending on experience
