Causeway Housing Services Manager - Ref : 288
RAMH are in a position to appoint a Manager and would initially like to recruit to this post for 30 hours per week.
Salary: SP35 – 40. £28,131 - £32,298 per annum (pro-rata) (bar at SP37 - £29,670)
• 6% Pension

RAMH have been providing a wide range of service support including housing support for over 20 years. We provide dedicated housing support and care at home to service users with a range of mental health and other associated needs. The service operates 24 hour and outreach services from two bases within East Renfrewshire.
RAMH are seeking an experienced individual with an in-depth knowledge of mental health and supporting individuals in their own tenancy. You must have excellent leadership skills and be able to manage resources, people, finance, quality and information. Excellent communication and ability to maintain and foster good relationships with partners and stakeholders are essential.
The successful applicant must also be able to demonstrate the ability to monitor and maintain capacity levels within the service, ensure appropriate and quality staffing to meet service needs in line with SSSC requirements and to provide regular service level reports.
