Based in Hamilton

25 hours per week (Shift rotation). Salary circa £15,000 pa pro rata, plus non-contributory pension and life cover.

We are seeking highly organised, team players to work in our National Support Centre.  You will be responsible for contacting victims of crime by telephone, therefore, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will need to be ICT literate, able to work flexible hours and have experience of data processing and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and databases.
