What is the Role? To provide clerical support covering a range of tasks for Senior Managers within Social Services Headquarters.
What will you do?
You will organise, minute and transcribe various types of meetings, enter and retrieve data from a range of computerised or manual systems, produce basic statistics and the diary management and monitoring for managers.
What do you need to bring to the Role?
You should have a SVQ Level II in Administration or equivalent, experience of working in a busy office environment, minute taking experience, supervision of staff, take and follow instruction and work well as part of a team.
