Duration: Approximately 6 months
What is the Role? To provide co-ordinated and consistent project support across a number of interconnected business change and improvement projects within Building Services.
What will you do?
Provide project administration support to each Project Team/Leader. Implement and develop management information systems to record and collate project infirmation. Monitor progress of project actions/milestones to ensure they are completed within the prescribed timescale. Take accurate minutes of meetings. Collate and co-ordinate information relative to each project ensuring accurate version control of all documentation. Ensure all project action logs are updated timeously with progress on actions. Develop reporting systems to measure and analyse outputs, achievements and milestones. Analyse a range of information to measure success of outcomes. Participation in process reviews and developing procedure documentation for agreed processes.
What do you need to bring to the Role?
HNC in Business Administration or equivalent. Proven experience of accurate minute taking . Experience of developing and impletementing recording and reporting management information systems. Experience of successfuly prioritising workload to achieve targets/outcomes when faced with confliciting demands. Excellent knowledge of utilising Excel to record and extract management information. Ability to complete tasks within scope and targeted timescales. Ability to ensure consistency in delivering a range of projects. Ability to analyse a range of information to measure success of outcomes. Excellent organisational, communication and report writing skills. High attention to details. Excellent IT skills, in particular, Excel.
