Commercial Contracts Manager with CIPS qualification required for permanent role with public sector company based near Glasgow.
Happy to consider people with various sector experience although dealing with construction contractors would be an advantage.
You must have excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills as well as used to doing complex procurements and have excellent supplier relationship management skills.
Some OJEU knowledge would be advantageous but not essential.
