Procurement Analyst Glasgow   £18000 - £21000 per annum

6 month contract (maternity cover)

My client in public services are currently recruiting for a Procurement Analyst on a 6 months fixed term contract.


Key Responsibilities

Establish, maintain and continuously develop all procurement databases including building a knowledge database, tracking system for tendering process, etc

Carry out interrogation and analysis of various procurement databases including carrying out spend and savings analysis across each business area unit drawing conclusions, identifying saving opportunities and efficiencies and compiling relevant reports.

Establish, maintain and continuously develop all corporate and management reporting systems for the procurement department covering annual plan, KPI's and scorecards to analyse and deliver required management information.


Key Skills

Experience in an analytical role is essential

Strong stakeholder management experience to a senior level
