An exciting opportunity has arisen with sportscotland National Centre: Inverclyde, we are currently looking for experienced Receptionists.

You should have previous experience of reception duties and switchboard operation, with an excellent telephone manner.  You will also have sound organisational and administrative skills, including word processing, a working knowledge of IT would be beneficial, as would some cash handling experience. 

You will be happy working on your own or as part of a team and possess first-class customer service skills and understand the importance of good first impressions.

The hours of work will be as required by the Centre to cover holidays and sick leave, over seven days covering the period 0845 - 2145 hours daily,  therefore, the willingness to be flexible is essential.
