Kinnell Holdings Limited Managment Accountant Ayr 18K - 29K dep on skills & exp
As a result of strong financial performance, a new role has arisen within the finance team of an FSA regulated Insurance Group based in Ayr but with offices throughout the UK.
Reporting into the Group Finance Director this role will suit a technically strong Part Qualified (ACCA/CIMA,CA) Commercial Accountant with a proven track record in producing management/financial reports within strict deadlines.
Experience of financial services and or non-life Insurance markets would be desirable but not necessary. Candidates should be familiar with SAGE and have advanced knowledge of excel.
Responsibilities will include:
- Full month end preparation for several group accounts
- Monthly management accounts
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Margin reporting
- Forecasting and financial modelling
- Providing analysis and commentary
- Statutory reporting
- Meaningful KPI reporting
- VAT & IPT Returns
- Statutory submissions and FSA reporting
