Delivery Support Administrator
Due to the rapid growth of our client organisation and an increase of their client portfolio, we are now looking for a Development Support Administrator to support the Manager and Team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Dealing with new customers and ensuring they have all the welcome information
Arranging key milestone dates with clients for the delivery of website
Establishing contact with clients who we are having difficulty contacting
Follow up with clients on logo and website feedback when overdue
Support team leaders with allocation of work on the in-house system
Prepare managers' daily/weekly/monthly reports
Carrying out any admin duties that surround reviews - including minute taking or organising any further action that may be required.
A proven track record in managing day-to-day administrative duties
Experience of building business relationships, with a strong customer service focus
Experience of working to tight deadlines and the ability to prioritise and manage own tasks.
Strong MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
