Reed Insurance are looking for candidates who are fully FPC qualified, ideally with G60, JO4 and JO5 or who have the Diploma in Regulated Financial Services. We are ideally looking for candidates from a Life and Pensions background with excellent Financial services product knowledge.
Complaints handling experience is highly desirable.
We are currently recruiting for a large Life & Pensions complaint handling project based in Stirling, working for a leading consultancy - which will run for 4 months and possibly longer.
The successful candidates will ensure that complaints are dealt with in line with FSA guidelines, cradle to grave, with a positive outcome.
