BI Designer - Edinburgh - up to £70k

Harvey Nash are currently working on an exciting opportunity for their market leading client as a Business Intelligence Architect.

Your role will be to help define and drive the implementation of consistent design across the Business Intelligence function. Among other things, you will be responsible for technical delivery management, mentoring and hands on technical work.

You will work to identify areas that would benefit from the application of consistent design, technical and process standards with the focus on ETL and Data Warehousing.

You will have demonstrable experience in architecting and implementing complex solutions, along with strong diagnostic skills and a track record of solving complex issues.

Essential criteria:
* Proven understanding of Business Intelligence best practice and principles
* Exposure to Agile methodologies
* Demonstrable experience fo analysis and design of complex BI systems
* Significant experience of ETL analysis and design
* Significant experience of Data Warehousing
* Advanced SQL skills
