Large, well established organisation with International customer base, seek a Warranty Administrator to work within their warranty/Insurance team.
The role will initially be a 12 month contract but may extend.
Analyse customer warranty claims - identifying trends in order to reduce warranty speeds.
Assist in the process of warranty claims.
Arrange for uplift of faulty parts and arrange for analysis of problem (through the engineering team).
Assist with implementation on new warranty system.
As the nature of the products are technical/engineering by nature, you must posses a background that brings a technical understanding to the role, ideally in hydraulics/electrical systems/engines/tramsmissions
A second language would also be hugely advantageous as the company has many international customers.
